Covenant Vision

Born and raised in Yadkin County, Robert and Summer Reavis have deep roots in their hometown, shaped by the values of faith, family, and community. Their journey as foster parents opened their eyes to the pressing need for stability, trust, and support for vulnerable children and families. This realization led to their commitment to a life of service—one that nurtures the land and feeds the community both physically and spiritually.

The name “Covenant” was chosen with purpose, representing a sacred promise based on trust, loyalty, and shared values. In the Bible, covenants form the foundation of enduring relationships—an unbreakable bond to love, care, and protect. This guiding principle is at the heart of Covenant Farms, Covenant Meat Company, and Covenant Community Foundation.

This foundation is at the heart of Covenant Farms, where we produce premium Wagyu beef, pasture-raised pork and chicken. Our practices are rooted in sustainability, ethical farming, and a promise to create transparency from pasture to plate. We know people want to trust where their food comes from, and that’s why we’ve built every part of our operation on this covenant—an unbreakable bond between our family, the land, and the people we serve
